Children's / Teens pARTiTM   Information

Important to Note:

​

  • A Deposit is required to hold your pARTi date (can be broken into 2 payments but is not considered a deposit until the FULL amount is received)

  • Full pARTi payment due (the latest) 48 hours before the event

  • Your pARTi Corner will be decorated and ready for you

  • Please arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before your pARTi.You will not be permitted to bring your food items in to set up until then. NOTE the pARTi starts with painting so you will have an hour to prep for the celebration time except TIER 2 when face painting/table art activities begin first.

  • Face painting may be added on to a pARTi at $ 4.00 per painting participant

  • pARTi Gift bags available to all pARTi(s) @ $8.00 each

  • Only light foods permitted: sandwiches, pizza, treats, cupcakes & drinks

  • No outside music (we provide music in our studio)

  • Your pARTi times are limited. Any time over your allotted pARTi is billed at $20 for each 15 minute increment.

  • All children participants 4 and under MUST paint on parent’s lap

  • Parents/Adults with the pARTi desiring to paint can do so @ $15 per person ($20 per person for Black light)

  • Also, please note the limited number of 12 guests allowed with each pARTi.

  • No non-paying guests allowed in the Black light area.

TIER 1 (not available with Groupon) $180:

     $100 deposit* + $15 per person (min 12)

Includes:

  • pARTi reservation for 2 hours

  • Painting on canvas table with 12 seats

  • 12 seat celebration table with table cloth 

  • Up to 5 non-painting guest seats maximum

  • 1 small gift table may be provided (optional)

TIER 2 (not available with Groupon) $240:

     $150 deposit* + $20 per person (min 12)

​

Includes:

  • pARTi reservation for 2 hours

  • Painting on canvas table with 12 seats minimum

  • Minimum 12 seat celebration table with tablecloth and 5 balloons

  • Up to 12 non-painting guest seats maximum

  • 1 small gift table (optional)

  • Face painting / table art activity included

  • 1 candy table, with five containers (you provide your desired candy)

Black Light pARTi (not available with Groupon):

$240 - $300 (with add-ons)

 $190 deposit* + $20 per person (min 12)

 

Includes:

  • pARTi reservation for 2 hours

  • Blacklight Painting on canvas table with minimum 12 seats

  • Each participant gets glow in the dark items 

  

Add the CELEBRATION TABLE option...$35

  • Available for 30-45 minutes before or after Black light pARTi (subject to availability)

  • Minimum 12 seat celebration table with tablecloth 

  • 1 small gift table (optional)

Add the simple GLOW FACE PAINT option...$25 or $2 each painting participant ONLY

  • please note the face paint designs are not elaborate
